But you can choose to cancel the service by sending an email to altrosyn@gmail.com with the subject line “SERVICE CANCELLATION REQUEST” and/or not renewing your service. Note – Your emails without this subject line may be lost or may not be considered. If the payment is collected in advance for the services, and if the client and Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited mutually agree for processing the refunds, Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited will refund the money received on a pro-rata basis for the work that is already done (Amount paid – Amount for work done = Refund). If the payment is collected after servicing the client, there will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are strongly advised to NOT continue with the services by Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited.
d. NO MISUSE – Misuse of the products and services provided to you by Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited is strictly prohibited and severe action shall be taken if any complaint is received in the event of misuse of any of the allocated resources. Your resources shall be completely taken down and services shall not be rendered in any form in an event when a complaint is received.
e. You are responsible for your use of the products and services provided by Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited. Any user uploaded content to each user’s own allocated hardware resource is the user’s responsibility. Altrosyn Technologies Private Limited or it’s partners or affiliates do not take any responsibility for the content posted or shared using the resources provided to you.
